One of the major DIY projects I took on for our Orlando home is the breakfast counter, complete with hanging lamps. It started with the need for food prep space in the kitchen. We noticed that the chest-high divider between the kitchen and the dining area could serve as the base for a breakfast counter. The handcrafting blood in my veins just flowed from then on.
